Here’s what we’re searching for professionally: 

• At least 3+ years experience in a similar role with relevant experience;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Able to work at a fast pace and high volume environment; and
• High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have a passion to lead and coach a large kitchen team of 10+ chefs
• Have the ability to drive financial results and demonstrate strong management skills when dealing with production and managing wastage levels, ensuring sales budgets and profit expectations are met;
• Be solutions-focused, creative and passionate about the industry.
• Strong ability to deliver on WH&S and manage HACCP systems.
