Here’s what we’re searching for as an individual: 

• Previous experience as a sommelier; preferably a fine dining/wine venue;
• Completed Sommelier Australia accredited education program, such as the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and/or the Court of Master Sommeliers education program
• An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;
• A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;
• Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;
• Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);
• Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
• Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
• You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
